Glenn Harding - Tech
Glenn, 21, is a Single Honours Computer Science student at Keele University. He is currently in his third year, and has just finished his studies. Feeling that there was still more to be achieved during his tenure at Keele University, he opted along with the others to take part in the World Record Attempt whilst time was at hand. Glenn's passion lies truly with computers, wanting to work with them from an early age. His childhood dream was to go to Keele University to study Computer Science. Glenn has an avid interest in the open source community, and has tried several flavours of Linux including Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, Gentoo and SUSE. When he is not constantly reformatting his hard drive to install more Linux distributions or to fix a software issue incurred by using experimental packages, Glenn can be found relaxing by playing retro video games like Metal Gear Solid for the Playstation 1, Pokemon Red and Blue for the Nintendo Gameboy and Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64. Glenn is currently employed by YMCA North Staffordshire as a Database Administrator and a voluntary Web Presence Maintainer.
